In case you receive the following code: MYSTIC500MEM8000/VXR500MEM8000 

Cause

It depends on the results of the tool Vxtii.

Resolution

Please use either of the following tools to help identify the correct action based on the model and BIOS.

Both support and customer can run the hardware triage tool Vxtii and follow the action plan that is provided by the tool under support recommendations. Tool output should be attached to the case for support to action,

Alternatively TSRs can be gathered and uploaded for support to follow the digital resolution path.
