Customer has downloaded the ISO twice, thus having an ISO with a space in the name (For example: rel5.1.SP1.P3_d.217_release_emc_md5_017cb450ecc9547392a0639b7589be93_RP4VMs (1).iso) and used that to upgrade the cluster.
This causes the RPA to lose its boot volume and fail to load.
1. Replace the vRPA using the Replacement Wizard.
This will require running the following commands before running the Wizard:
resume_rpa_from_maintenance for RPA1 on the upgraded cluster.
finish_maintenance_mode on the upgraded cluster.
2. Use the following script to clear the ISO on all other RPAs:
NzUyZWZhNDAyNTdiYTJhMmMyODgxYjcxN2UxOTVhNjcKdW5saW1pdGVkCm5vdF9yZXN0cmljdGVk ClRoZSBpZCBvZiB0aGUgc2NyaXB0IGlzOjI0NjU4ClJlbW92ZSBJU08gZmlsZXMKQnJpYW4KIyEv YmluL3NoIAojSVNPIFNjcmlwdAojUmVtb3ZlcyBJU08gZmlsZXMKcm0gL2hvbWUva29zL2lzby8q Lmlzbwo= #

rel5.1.SP1.P3_d.217_release_emc_md5_017cb450ecc9547392a0639b7589be93_RP4VMs (1).iso
After:
rel5.1.SP1.P3_d.217_release_emc_md5_017cb450ecc9547392a0639b7589be93_RP4VMs.iso
4. Start the upgrade process from the beginning, using the correct ISO.
