Summary: Amber alert LED light on front panel node with no active or unresolved events.

Symptoms

Engineering is investigating the issue and a fix may be released in upcoming OneFS 8.x maintenance releases.

The amber alert LED on the front panel of nodes remain lit after events have been cleared.

Cause

In all current versions of OneFS v8.x the CELOG alert process clears the events from the database but does not clear up the LED flag. This issue results in the amber alert LED on the front panel being lit even after the event is canceled, resolved or quieted.
