Symptoms
- S390 (zlinux) client (see notes below)
- v9.x client software installed
- Backup is successful however savegrp has the above error
Cause
Extended client package is not installed to client.
S390 client is package tar is missing the extended client with v9.0.x and v9.1.x
Resolution
Install extended client package
Or for S390 platform: Un-install v9.0.x or v9.1.x and install v9.1.1.x package, which includes extended client.
