Resolution

To create a ADMe grab file, run the following command sequence and attach the generated zip file to a SR or to any request for assistance. If sending via email it most likely will need to be zipped on your desktop with an encryption password assigned to prevent Outlook from quarantining its contents.

From the ADMe main menu issue the following sequence:

A=Administration -> G=Grab -> G=Grab and follow the prompts

From the command line prompt:

adme -grab  and follow the prompts

A message will be displayed indicting the name and location of the newly created grab file.
