Cause
The noise cancellation feature is for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calls, which apply to the camera application and make the camera app filter the sound that is not human voice.
Resolution
Workaround:
Do one of the following:
- Update the Realtek Audio driver.
- Run Windows Update due to driver with critical update.
- Turn off audio in Dell Optimizer.
