Wyse Management Suite Groups and Config Errors with Requested Resource Not Found

Example: Wyse Management Suite 3.5.1 or earlier version is using Config UI version 1.5.0 300. It is then upgraded to Wyse Management Suite 3.5.2 which also contains the same version of config UI. After the upgrade, the Groups & Config UI gives an alert of "The requested resource was not found on this server."

This issue does not occur if the older version of Wyse Management Suite does not have the same Config UI version as Wyse Management Suite 3.5.2. Wyse Management Suite version 3.5.2 uses Config UI version 1.5.0.300.

If the Config UI version present in the Wyse Management Suite environment is same as the version which is part of Wyse Management Suite version 3.5.2, then the Installer upgrade process is unable to replace or upgrade the Config UI package. This causes the Groups & Config UI to not load.

The Wyse Management Suite administrator must reupload the Config UI package 1.5.0.300 (or higher if available).

To reupload the Config UI package:

1. Launch the Wyse Management Suite portal and login as Global Admin.
2. Go to Portal Administration and then the Setup page.
3. Scroll down to the Configuration UI Package section.
4. Click Browse and then select 1.5.0.300 (or later).

5. After upload, the success message is displayed. Click OK.
