Owners of a Latitude 7200 2-in-1 or Latitude 7400 2-in-1 notebook have reported that the touch screen does not function after re-imaging the Operating System with Windows 10 RS3 or Windows 10 RS4.

This isn't an issue on these systems as shipped from Dell, the Latitude 7200 2-in-1 and Latitude 7400 2-in-1 are both shipped with Windows 10 RS5 which natively supports the touch screen.
Updating the latest serial I/O driver available for the computer will help to resolve the issue. To download and install the latest driver:
Browse to the Dell Drivers & downloads page:
Select the Operating System
Under Category, select Chipset
Locate the latest Serial I/O Driver (Version A0 or newer.)
Click Download and save the file to your computer
Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved
Double-click the BIOS setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process
